Stephanie Keogh, CEO
Stephanie’s background is in spatial and temporal data analysis, data visualisation and GIS. She completed a PhD at Maynooth University in 2014 investigating the urban climate of Dublin where she combined high resolution data from climate and air quality sensors with spatial datasets to assess the urban climate effect across Dublin. Since then Stephanie became operational lead of Dublin’s open data network, Dublinked. In this role she worked with a range of partners, including Start ups, MNCs and Local Authorities to better utilise and engage with open data for the Dublin region. She currently coordinates business development opportunities for iGeotec.

Tim McCarthy, CTO
Tim has over twenty-two years geospatial technology experience, gained in both research and industry sectors and has worked on various projects across Europe as well as shorter postings in North & South America, Africa and the Middle East. His background includes geoinformatics, photogrammetry, remote sensing, mobile mapping systems and spatial analysis. He completed a PhD at University of London (Birkbeck) investigating geospatial multimedia science in 1999. Since then, he has designed and developed a number of integrated mobile mapping applications that have been deployed in aerial, terrestrial and marine environments.

Gearóid Ó Riain, CFO
Gearoid’s background is in geomatics and he holds an MSc by Research in GIS (TCD, 1996). He has managed a range of medium to large scale geoinformatics projects across public and private sectors and leads the strategic development of a number of products based on spatial technologies. He is also founder and Managing Director of Compass Informatics, a successful consultancy company, providing a range of Information Management, Geospatial Technologies, Planning and Environmental services.

Paul Lewis – Chief Systems Architect

Paul has over 15 years of experience working and engaging with commercial and state organisations in the design, development and delivery of software solutions. His background is in Computer Science & Software Engineering with extensive experience in the development and delivery of geospatial-multimedia web-applications, large-scale spatial database deployment and specification writing for systems implementation. He currently coordinates key elements of Ubipix’s software-development, cloud-platform management and ongoing activities; working alongside a core team of specialists drawn from geoinformatics and computer science. He completed a PhD. in Computer Science and Geocomputation in 2009 at the National Centre for Geocomputation in Maynooth University.
